Job Description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join our successful Structures division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we continue to deliver several high-profile projects in the construction and bridge refurbishment sectors.


As our Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all health, safety, and environmental aspects of our major construction and bridge refurbishment projects. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.
