**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a key role in managing various product workstreams, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring end-to-end product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition of the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Provide support for vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the projects.
- Facilitate workshops leading to the creation of detailed requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from stories through to UAT testing and sign-off for allocated workstream.
- Ensure that the development team always has an adequate number of prepared tasks to work on.
- Contribute to the planning and prioritisation of the product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Present documentation to enable Lead Product Owner to assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Contribute to planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Create release notes for varied audiences.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Follow our competitors and the industry.
- Begin training to have strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices and latest trends.

- Basic knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in a hospitality or retail environment beneficial but not necessary.
