International Transfer Pricing Analyst

Your new company is a leading global technology business seeking an experienced International Transfer Pricing Analyst to join its growing team. With over 2000 employees operating across 10+ global offices, this company is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge online security tools and solutions for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document permanent establishment positions to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
  • Manage applications for certificates of residency for non-US entities, ensuring seamless global operations.
  • Research and communicate global legislative changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external service providers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Advise on tax considerations for geographic expansion, driving business growth and success.
  • Manage global intercompany agreements, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Assist in non-US tax audits and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare effective tax rate forecasts and transfer pricing documentation, providing valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • ACA or CTA qualified with a proven track record of working in a transfer-pricing tax position.
  • Experience working within an international transfer pricing position, either in-house or in a professional services, client-facing role.
