Retail Complaint Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Retail Complaint Handler to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our Customer Escalations Team, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints, liaising with various areas of the business, and achieving resolutions within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
- Communicate with customers to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and complaint handling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- High level of attention to detail
