Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect

The SCM Supply Chain O9 Planning Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping the Planning business focused on O9 solutions in the UK. This individual will work closely with Capgemini's team of specialists in Supply Chain planning and control to develop the opportunity pipeline, bringing deep expertise, knowledge, and experience in O9 solutions to deliver innovative planning projects to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support O9 Solutions Planning sales growth targets by developing and expanding go-to-market strategies and approaches in the Digital Planning sector.
- Analyse, shape, and lead pursuit responses for O9 Digital planning opportunities, including requirements analysis, solutioning, estimating, and developing winning proposals.
- Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups, key partners such as O9, and internal groups like industry sector leads.
- Lead and deliver large, complex Supply Chain business transformations, managing large and disparate teams of consultants.
- Own and lead the overall O9 functional and technical solution design, aligning with defined business requirements and minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Commitment to flexibility, thought leadership, and a drive to expand knowledge in new technologies and industry focus through training and research.
- Passion for working with clients to advise on innovative Planning solutions addressing key business challenges.
- Experience in managing teams, both on and offshore, developing and directing them to succeed for clients and personal objectives.
- Knowledge of the strategic direction of O9 and related products, architecting them into leading Supply Chain solutions.
- Industry and business process knowledge in sectors such as Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Products, Pharma, or Discrete Manufacturing.
