They are in search of a skilled Senior Credit Controller for a long-term engagement.

This role involves participating in a significant project that encompasses essential account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly adapting to processes and possess robust stakeholder management capabilities.



Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing your own portfolio of accounts
Generating and resolving queries
Managing debt recovery and negotiating payments
Contacting clients via phone and email
Conducting on-site client consultations
Handling escalations as required

What you will bring:

Minimum of 2 years in Credit Control and Debt Recovery
Experience in debt collection through the county court system (preferred)
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel
A determined work ethic aimed at achieving results and surpassing targets
A collaborative team player, able to work effectively to meet team KPI objectives
Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong negotiation expertise
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
