About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team at Sygna. As a Commissioning Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive the commissioning process, leading on-site functional testing and ensuring works and installation conform to design, specifications, and legislation.
  • Review and assist contractors/sub-contractors in the development of project-related QA/QC documentation, providing technical input to formal change control processes.
  • Monitor and advise on commissioning documentation, ensuring all parties are coordinated for witnessing and that commissioning defects are communicated and dealt with.
  • Lead commissioning meetings, manage training, and ensure compliance with the business plan.
Requirements
  • Experience in highly technical buildings, effective communication, and people skills, with the ability to operate well under pressure.
  • Excellent IT, planning, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and commissioning, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and standards.
