Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants in the Salisbury area of Wiltshire.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to work with a Motor Garage in the Dorchester area of Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, and sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
  • Produce job cards on in-house computer systems and update customer and vehicle records.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy and prepare and complete invoices.
Requirements:
  • Some experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage, preferably in a passenger car or commercial environment.
  • Full driving licence.

As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to deliver high standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent customer rapport, and the ability to deliver great CSI results, as well as being confident with up-sell opportunities.
