Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our dynamic team. This position involves working on a variety of medium to large-scale projects within the industrial and commercial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit software proficiently to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Engage in projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current UK building regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with NBS software and the specification process is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Revit, particularly on medium to large-scale projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery across RIBA stages 4-6.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
