The Head of Data Platform & Engineering is responsible for establishing the Data Platform and target data architecture. This role involves leading the design and implementation of data platforms / solutions and data tooling selection to support Eden Smith Group's strategic objectives.


Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Deep understanding of delivering cloud-based data platforms leveraging the latest technical components
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions and managing data platforms
  • Azure Databricks
  • Data Engineering background
  • Data Pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including enterprise architects and IT teams
  • Robust technical skills


Understanding of a regulatory environment would be advantageous.
