Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time position comprising 30 hours per week, structured as three 10-hour shifts from 08:00 to 18:00.
  • The facility accommodates up to 71 residents at full capacity.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to design, prepare, and cook a diverse range of meals that are not only appealing but also nutritious, catering to residents' preferences and any specific dietary needs.
  • Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols in line with the Food Safety Manual, maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.
  • Oversee kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition, and report any issues to the management.
