Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Crisis. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting volunteers, and maintaining the look and feel of our shop.
You will work closely with the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to achieve ambitious sales and training targets, while also delivering on-the-job training for Crisis members. This is a unique retail opportunity where you will have the chance to build your skills and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager in delivering customer service and maintaining the shop's appearance
- Process stock and manage inventory
- Deliver on-the-job training for Crisis members
- Work towards ambitious sales and training targets
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have significant retail or customer service experience, a genuine interest in charity retail, and a commitment to Crisis's values and mission to end homelessness. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
