About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust in North Allerton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with socialising and attending community activities, promoting their hobbies and interests.
  • Provide physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
  • Support with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
  • Deliver individual support plans.
