Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

Cubed Talent is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Operative - Quality Control to join their team in Bradford. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues with the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with production team members to resolve quality control issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the manufacturing process
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 rising to £13.19 per hour, depending on experience and skills
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours worked over 37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday, and 2 times the hourly rate for Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Wednesday 07:00 - 17:00, Thursday 07:00 - 16:30, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays
