**The Energy & Infrastructure Finance Team**

The Energy & Infrastructure Finance (EIF) team is responsible for executing Investec's strategy for Energy and Infrastructure clients in the UK and Europe. EIF – UK & Europe provides innovative funding solutions in the Debt Financing and Advisory space.

**Job Summary**

The Personal Assistant (PA) will work closely with the UK Senior Leadership Team, supporting the Head of EIF – UK & Europe and the Head of Portfolio Management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and coordination
  • Travel arrangements and event planning
  • Meeting room setup and hospitality
  • Expense claim processing and invoice management
  • Website maintenance and team member updates
  • Organizing headshots and new joiner/leaver requests
  • Ad-hoc project work, including CRM support and marketing materials
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Liaising with other EAs/PAs across the business

**Requirements**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with:

  • Experience as a PA or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Proactive and resourceful approach
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and deliver high-quality work
  • Robust and tenacious under pressure
  • Outgoing and willingness to learn
