Role Overview:

We are in search of a driven and meticulous Contracts and Compliance Officer to become a vital part of our team on a fixed-term contract basis.

This role is perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in contract oversight and compliance, eager to advance their careers in a global environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

  • Assist in the drafting, evaluation, and finalization of contracts, including agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure that all contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to contract documentation and retrieval.

Compliance Support:

  • Facilitate the execution of compliance initiatives to meet international legal standards, including GDPR and labor regulations.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and regulatory obligations.
  • Assist in conducting compliance assessments and generating reports.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the resolution of contract-related inquiries from both internal and external parties.

Collaboration:

  • Engage with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless contract and compliance workflows.
  • Assist senior colleagues in providing training and insights on compliance issues.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in contract management or compliance within the recruitment or staffing sector.
  • Fundamental understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
