Position Overview
Brook Street Recruitment is collaborating with a client to find a dedicated and full-time Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a warm welcome and accurately assessing their needs.
  • Creating, modifying, and updating service schedules while ensuring timely reminders are sent.
  • Managing vehicle and client databases effectively.
  • Coordinating PSV appointment bookings.
  • Issuing job cards for the workshop and tracking the progress of vehicles under service.
  • Processing and finalizing workshop job cards, assisting with billing procedures.
  • Conducting outbound sales and customer care calls, nurturing essential client relationships.
  • Preparing maintenance contract quotations and promoting maintenance agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman for efficient job planning to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Communicating with clients regarding any additional work needed, providing precise estimates to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Following up with clients post-service to explain the work completed and arrange for vehicle collection or delivery.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by adhering to the company's Customer Commitments, conducting follow-ups to gauge service satisfaction, and addressing any client complaints with professionalism.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, scanning and filing documents, and maintaining records.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of GCSE Level education, with a focus on English and Mathematics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Please note that this role requires a commitment of 47 hours per week, covering a rotating schedule.
