Position Overview:

Assist in the training and development of staff, facilitating training sessions and induction programs, while also serving as a mentor to less experienced team members. Supervise new employees and contribute to their ongoing professional development.
Engage in the creation of enriching activities for residents, promoting participation that enhances their overall quality of life.
Support the management in upholding health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with care regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a senior care position, particularly with dementia patients, along with a relevant healthcare qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent certification in care.
