Position Overview

As a Residential Care Specialist, you will reside in the client's home for a predetermined duration, which may be either long-term or for short-term respite care, typically on a rotation of two weeks on and two weeks off. Your responsibilities will encompass providing various levels of care while also offering companionship for an average of ten hours each day, including overnight support.

During your assignment, you will assist your client with all facets of daily living, which includes:

  • Morning routines
  • Meal preparation
  • Personal hygiene and grooming
  • Medication management
  • Accompaniment to appointments as needed
  • General household chores
  • Bedtime routines
  • Companionship and emotional support

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Daily pay rate: £120
  • Daily food allowance: £10
  • Travel reimbursement at 35p per mile, capped at £100

Qualifications Required:

  • At least one year of experience in a caregiving role
  • Subject to an enhanced DBS check
  • Successful completion of four reference checks
  • Legal right to work in the UK

All necessary and relevant training for each care package will be supplied and compensated.
