As a key player in shaping the future of our industrial and business landscape, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing internal practices. Your expertise in international supply chain management within Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing will be instrumental in managing supplier performance (delivery & quality) for critical defence programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize internal practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage supplier performance (delivery & quality) for critical defence programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and streamline supply chains
  • Implement lean methodologies and cutting-edge analysis to continuously improve
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain or a related field
  • Experience in international supply chain management within Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing
  • Proven track record of improving supplier performance using tools like DMAIC
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of suppliers, analyze lead times, and identify bottlenecks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with SC21 Practitioner principles (a plus)
