About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Fundraising Co-ordinator to join our team at Fame Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven fundraising professional to develop and manage relationships with Trusts and Foundations, major donors, and prospective donors to secure funds for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing Trusts and Foundations, donors, and stakeholders to secure funds and meet annual income targets.
  • Produce high-quality, tailored Trust and Foundation applications, including researching, planning, reporting, and seeing them through to completion.
  • Secure donations from Trusts and Foundations to meet annual income targets.
  • Manage relationships, reporting, and application cycles for Trusts and Foundations, ensuring excellent stewardship of all grants.
  • Monitor grant requirements and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting to funders and maintaining accurate records on the database.
  • Manage CRM databases, with a high-level working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to understand the organisation as a whole, identifying new opportunities for fundraising activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in identifying, sourcing, and writing applications.
  • Confidence using CRM databases, preferably Raisers Edge or similar.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
