About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting autonomous clinical assessments and providing advice to first-contact patients across a diverse range of clinical conditions.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and caregivers, establishing rapport and making confident decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with current practice guidelines.
  • Working effectively as part of a multi-professional team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), a Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), or a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Evidence of autonomous practice.
  • Level 6 or 7 clinical examination module.
  • Level 6 or 7 minor illness module.
  • Emergency care practitioner qualification.
  • Motivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determination to provide outstanding patient care.
