Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA Stratford upon Avon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests. This will include working on reception, offering insights about the hostel and the local area, and ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
  • Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales.
