The Vice Principal - Culture and Behaviour position at Nova Hreod Academy is a key leadership role within our Senior Leadership Team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the academic and behavioural culture of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pastoral team to ensure the well-being and academic success of our students.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and attendance.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive academic improvement and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of our SuperNova extra-curricular programme and student leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with the pastoral team to oversee behaviour, attendance, character education, safeguarding, SEND, and PSHE.
