Facilities Liaison Manager

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Facilities Liaison Manager within a landmark venue in Birmingham City Centre.
- Procure and place goods and services to meet the needs of the facility.
- Conduct Health and Safety inductions and fire risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Oversee the effective management of the Facilities team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage internal and external liaison to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Perform general administration and support work to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience in a facilities management role is highly desirable, but not essential.
