Freedom to Speak Up Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our Freedom to Speak Up Team as a Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small friendly team providing administrative support to the Guardian and Deputy Guardian in contributing to Dorset HealthCare's drive to improving culture, staff experience and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to people using the Service, acting often as the first point of contact for a range of queries and routine information from members of staff, across the Trust, and external organisations.
- To be responsible for the administration of the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.
- To proactively monitor the evaluations regarding the experience of the FTSU process from the feedback forms and produce periodic evaluation summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
- To provide administrative support and management of diaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian, necessitating daily use of Microsoft Office software, including set up and updating of presentations using a variety of media.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE (L2) Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language.
- Skills for communication of complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of administrative procedures and systems.
- Previous experience of, and a strong commitment to, delivering a customer-focused service.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and provide a resolution, knowing when to refer to others.
