Job Opportunity

Astra Asset Management, a leading European Alternative Credit Manager, is seeking a skilled professional to join its Private Credit team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in senior and subordinated debt and equity instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external counterparties, including corporates, investors, and advisory firms.
  • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new investment opportunities and analyze their potential.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of credit markets and financial instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
