Job Description

Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of baristas and store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
