Job Title: Building Services Engineer - Electrical Bias

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional engineering services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all MEP systems within the shopping centre in a competent and confident manner, including LV Electrical isolations/operations.
  • Ensure that Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the duty FM team and Account Manager.
  • Accountable for compliance with MEP processes and procedures when undertaking all relevant work orders, ensuring risk management documentation (SOP or EOP) is in place for all works undertaken.
  • Hold a valid LV Authorised Person (A Bonus) certification and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • Hold a valid 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation certification (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition) (A bonus).
  • Hold a valid C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification (A bonus).

  • Good IT and report writing skills.
  • Overtime x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends.
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
