Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Family Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our solicitors in the preparation and presentation of family law cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with the preparation of court documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, precedents, and case details to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and maintain court bundles, including organizing and indexing documents.
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
  • Attend court hearings and provide support to solicitors as required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a related role within the family law sector.
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
