Barclays Bank is seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Consultant to spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape. As a key member of our security team, you will drive innovation and excellence in our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, mitigate, and remediate security weaknesses in technology solutions, infrastructure, and platform security.
  • Develop and implement secure systems and architecture across a broad set of security domains, including data security, security risk management, asset security, and security architecture and engineering.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support incident response and investigations, sharing security insights and expertise.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures aligned to Barclays' risk tolerance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
  • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
