What to Expect
As a Sales Progressor at haart, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating the home buying process, and ensuring successful completion of sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Registering client details and gathering required documents
- Chasing key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, surveyors, and vendors
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously and effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth completion of sales
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
- Passion for haart's values and processes
