Job Summary
We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team, working in various locations in and around Burton-on-Trent. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
- Perform high-end waiting service and carry out bar duties to an exceptional standard
- Assist the kitchen team when required
- Clean up worktops within the canteen
