A prominent Structural Steel Contractor is in search of skilled Construction Site Supervisors for a high-profile project across the UK. This position provides considerable independence, allowing you to influence departmental strategies and effectively lead your team.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage daily site activities, coordinating the efforts of both company staff and subcontractors, with a strong emphasis on health and safety, planning, scheduling, and collaboration with off-site operations.

Oversee and regulate on-site functions, ensuring productivity and compliance with project deadlines.
Track, document, and report site activities, creating detailed progress updates.

Essential Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of steel construction techniques and practices, preferably in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling steelwork installations, along with related packages.
Skilled in developing risk assessments, method statements, and other necessary site documentation.
Proven ability in erecting various steel frameworks, including high-rise, medium-rise, urban buildings, and refurbishment projects, with expertise in welding operations.

Key Qualifications:
CSCS Gold/Black in site supervision.
SMSTS or equivalent IOSH certification.
Experience in structural steel is crucial.
Valid Driver's License.
