Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care.
  • Drive service users to appointments, activities, and other destinations, as required.
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Valid UK/EU driving license and a safe driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
