Financial Business Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Support Analyst to join our team at Excelitas Technologies. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a critical role in driving business value through in-depth financial analysis, business scenario modeling, and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly Management Operation Reporting (MOR) data, including forecasting costs and CAPEX streams.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis across various revenue streams and associated costs.
  • Drill into analysis, discuss with teams, and present findings to enable business decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand non-financial KPIs driving financial performance.
  • Participate in budget setting and re-forecasting cycles, monitoring with budget holders.
  • Help design and improve processes to enhance communication and efficiency across teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Accounting qualification (CIMA or similar) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial due diligence and commercially focused financial analysis.
  • Strong commercial business acumen, with ability to understand key business drivers.
  • Variance Analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literate, with familiarity with MS Office software.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Effective team worker.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Cost Calculations for Cost Elements/Material.
