Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients under the Care Programme Approach
- Conduct initial assessments and one-to-one interventions with service users
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of service users
- Establish and maintain effective communication networks with clients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Use interpersonal skills to diffuse potentially emotive situations
- Professional qualification in Mental Health to degree level or equivalent
- Current registration with the NMC
- Practice-based educator qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good assessment, intervention, and evaluation skills
- IT skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Interpersonal skills
- Clinical supervision skills
