About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our KFC team in Gillingham. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food to high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delight our guests by providing a warm and welcoming experience, handling cash, and maintaining food safety.
  • Run the middle of house by managing food prep, cleaning, and maintaining top communication, speed, and accuracy, all while ensuring food safety.
  • Create finger lickin' good chicken by preparing food, cleaning, communicating with your team, and maintaining food safety.
