First-Class Psychology Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated First-Class Psychology Graduate to join our team at a prestigious Secondary School in South Woodford. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced members of the SEN team, providing emotional, behavioural, and SEN support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in 1:1 and group interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the SEN team to develop and implement support plans
  • Provide emotional and behavioural support to students
  • Contribute to the work of the SEN Department
  • Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • First-Class Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
