As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex Power BI dashboards and reports that track portfolio performance, risks, and issues.

Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing Power BI solutions that align with our organization\u2019s needs. This includes integrating diverse datasets, identifying trends and discrepancies, and generating actionable insights through high-quality data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead reporting from programmes and projects and provide analysis, insight, and recommendations for improved performance of the portfolio.
* Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
* Recognize and track interdependencies across the organization\u2019s Enterprise.
* Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate.
* Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Use programmatic data to develop predictive analytics to optimize project performance.

Key Requirements:

* Power BI development experience (minimum of 1 year)
* Knowledge of SharePoint lists (creation and manipulation)
* General knowledge and use of MS Office package
* Experience in governmental organizations (highly desirable but not essential)
