About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our in-house Design team in Edinburgh. As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the BIM Manager with the development of relevant processes, templates, and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support BIM coordination on projects
  • Support the design teams using Revit
  • Assist the project teams with BIM queries
  • Undertake regular Model Review exercises
  • Perform Coordination and Clash Detection exercises
  • Prepare BIM Execution Plans
  • Contribute towards the development of the business BIM structure
Requirements
  • A Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering is desirable
  • Experience of working with 3D modelling software
  • An understanding of ISO:19650 and UK building construction fundamentals
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately
  • A good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM3360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is desirable
  • UK Driving Licence
