We are eager to bring on board a skilled Analyst to enhance our dynamic team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our expanding Strategic Asset Management division, where your contributions will help us invest in communities and individuals, fostering a more resilient and sustainable future.
In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our Asset Management data is both accurate and up-to-date. You will engage in analyzing inventory data to aid in stock reinvestment strategies and to develop future stock condition assessments, guaranteeing the highest standards of data integrity.
If you have a passion for data analysis, this role is tailored for you You will manage extensive data sets, so proficiency in Excel and experience with large database systems and stock condition data are crucial. Join us in shaping the future of our Asset Management initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in utilizing large database systems and manipulating data extracts, especially stock condition component data
- Strong ICT capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with housing management systems
- Prior administrative experience and a track record of working closely with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritize effectively
- Evidence of success in a results-oriented environment
- A solid understanding of Decent Homes standards and team management is preferred
- Experience in property, estates, or maintenance teams, along with contract administration, is advantageous.
While this role allows for remote work, occasional travel to our offices and other locations will be necessary.
