Job Title: IT Director
Job Summary:
Circle Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team in Cardiff. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the day-to-day IT operations, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring high standards of IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including IT security, IT infrastructure, and IT service desk teams.
- Oversee the service desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective support to all staff members across multiple offices in the UK.
- Lead IT infrastructure initiatives, including IT security, to ensure robust and reliable systems across the business.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and address urgent IT needs, and develop a robust IT strategy moving forward.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar senior IT role, with a strong understanding of IT service management, IT infrastructure, and IT operations management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional IT teams and develop those teams.
- Excellent understanding of IT service management, IT infrastructure, and IT operations management.
- Experience within the legal sector or a professional services environment would be a bonus.
- Ability to implement new IT strategies and lead large-scale IT projects.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000, hybrid working, and excellent benefits.
