Exciting Career Opportunity in Project Cost Management

ISG is seeking a committed individual to become part of our team as a Junior Cost Estimator. In this position, you will be instrumental in managing the financial elements of construction projects, collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors and the on-site delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement, financial, and contractual aspects of construction initiatives
  • Assist in the formulation of subcontractor agreements and budget oversight
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Facilitate project cost management and invoicing activities
  • Compile monthly Cost & Value Reconciliation reports

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline and a strong enthusiasm for the Construction Sector. A keen eye for detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders are crucial.
