Eden Scott is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and products, ensuring they meet functional, safety, and performance requirements.
  • Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
  • Perform simulations and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate designs and optimize for performance and manufacturability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in CAD software, FEA analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
