Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that customer commercial contract support requirements are met to an excellent standard.
- Provide support services through the on-site team of engineers and other departments of the company as applicable.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are duly planned, actioned, reported, and recorded in the CMMS.
- Ensure that quality assurance records, H&S records, inspections, and training are maintained and developed.
- Provide effective feedback to the General Manager and other Senior Managers.
- Have good man management skills to enhance the team capabilities.
- Responsible for H&S adherence and monitoring.
- Demonstrate team leadership in line with the company values.
- Liaise with customers and Shift Managers regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
