Senior Vice President, Managing Director

McBride Sport is seeking an exceptional sales leader to spearhead international growth as the Vice President of Sales. This dynamic role requires a strong network of industry contacts, a deep understanding of international markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an international sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead a sales team, build relationships with top-tier sponsors, and commercial partners, and negotiate and close major sales deals across global markets.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging market opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless and successful sales strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within sports, media, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with experience leading and developing high-performance sales teams.
