Benefits of joining New Directions Holding:

  • Competitive salary packages;
  • Access to complimentary webinars and training sessions to enhance your professional development;
  • A dedicated Account Manager to advocate on your behalf;
  • Support for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) from an experienced consultant;
  • Participation in our Recommend a Friend Scheme, offering rewards for successful referrals.
  • Consistent and varied teaching assignments
  • Opportunities for long-term employment
  • Full compliance with Agency Workers Regulation (AWR)
  • Recognition as a preferred supplier to local educational authorities.

We are committed to providing a supportive environment for adaptable educators who can seamlessly transition between different classes. You will have access to outdoor learning environments and comprehensive school resources. In many classrooms, you will be supported by Learning Support Staff in lesson delivery. During long-term assignments, you will also benefit from in-house training and participation in professional development meetings.

We prioritize the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable individuals. All candidates must undergo a thorough enhanced DBS check.
