Are you eager to gain valuable experience in the education sector? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Basingstoke. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a classroom environment, supervising and delivering pre-prepared lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students in a range of subjects across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay engaged
  • Gain exposure to different subjects and year groups, offering variety in your workday
  • Become an integral part of the school community by building relationships with staff and students
What We're Looking For:
  • Recent graduates or those seeking classroom experience
  • Unqualified teachers or experienced LSAs looking for a new challenge
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with young people
  • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
