NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Clinical Psychologist, Family Therapist, or Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our established team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental health support of young individuals within a collaborative and experienced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading clinical initiatives and guiding a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality mental health care.
- Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure the provision of effective therapeutic interventions.
- Maintaining a manageable caseload while supporting the clinical team in their therapeutic practices.
